Part 1:
The Pie Rat spawns in multiple Ruins throughout Newhaven Valley and drops a [[Blue ribbon]] Clicking the item will start the quest.</br>

Part 2:
Bring the [[Blue ribbon]] to [[Betty Northharbor]] The Legendary Pie Merchant in [[Newhaven City]]. She will reward you with some pie and ask you to fetch rat furs.</br>
