The Basilisk Run EV spawns in the northwest/northern half of Dryfoot. This is easily located using the respawn node by identifying where it currently is spawned using the purple light above it. Otherwise, travel from Sheercrook northwest to Vantessas and you should be able to locate it via the lightening strikes above it.
