Part 1:
The Pie Rat spawns in multiple Ruins throughout Newhaven Valley and drops a Blue ribbon Clicking the item will start the quest.
Part 2:
Bring the Blue ribbon to Betty Northharbor The Legendary Pie Merchant in Newhaven City. She will reward you with some pie and ask you to fetch rat furs.
Part 3:
After returning with the furs you will have a choice of the following:
