The Queen will open up with a big AoE stun, and then switch targets off the MT start quickly picking off your healers. Have the MT engage after the AoE stun goes out to then build agro. A 2nd and 3rd round AoE stun will eventually come out as well. I don't know if there is a way to telegraph it. People should drink a regen potion if available in between AoE stuns.
