1. talk to freehold Youth Exile (he's hiding in secret area along one of walls
2. take hate exiles path
3. kill king (or speak with coucil as 2nd path - but AFAIK rewards should be same, with minor skin differences)
4. visit town for rewards (coucil of 6 - Folly is on 1st floor on balcomy overlooking center
